A CHANCE TO HAVE FUN
AND RAISE MONEY FOR MACMILLAN DURING 'CARMEN WEEK'

For some years there has been a very popular 'satellite quiz' at different locations in Oundle, in aid of Macmillan Nurses. This year, a special RPO night was run at Douglas and Margaret Butler's home as the location.
-
It took place in a busy week, which included Vince's 'Carmen' production

About 35 of us (including partners) assembled chez Butler at around 7pm for a drink, consume fish & chips, formed ourselves into a number of teams of about 6-8, and tried to answer the questions that have been distributed to all locations by Anna Webb (the wife of our tuba-playing supremo and concert sponsor). There was a special extra round of film tunes played by Douglas on the piano!

Over £300 was raised for Macmillan Nurses!!
